Course Information: BSB31015 Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal) or qualification is suitable for legal receptionists who apply a broad range of administrative competencies in a legal environment. Legal Receptionists use some discretion, judgement and may provide technical advice and support to a team. Government funded Legal Receptionist training courses available via Certificate 3 Guarantee or traineeship programs. This incentive will reduce course cost for individual or for businesses.
